About the Surgery

The Feltham surgery has recently been refitted and updated, with new merchandising area and more comfortable reception. Reception staff are available for your enquiries and for purchases throughout the day. There is a well equipped consulting room for consultations with the vet or nurse. All consultations are now by appointment, resulting in much shorter waiting times for the majority of clients.

The "behind the scenes" part of the practice has also been modernised so that we now have a new operating theatre in addition to our "prep" room where animals are prepared for theatre (clipped up etc) and where procedures such as dentals are performed. Our kennels have also been improved with a new walk in kennel complete with infra red heating for larger dogs.Our biggest improvement is the addition of an x-ray machine so that we are now able to offer radiography without having to travel to the Staines surgery.

Most procedures such as neutering, mass removals, dentals and other minor surgery can now be performed at the Feltham surgery.

All emergencies should be taken directly to the Staines surgery.
