Laboratory

Our Staines surgery has a well equipped in house laboratory, we are able to offer a variety of blood chemistry and electrolyte profile tests. Analysis of urine and faecal samples can be carried out at all sites.

For more specialised diagnostic tests we use the services of Axiom Laboratories, this laboratory offers each of our surgeies a daily courier collection service for samples and a same day results service for routine haematology and biochemistry samples. Using an external laboratory greatly improves the diagnostic capabilities the practice can offer.

We use the services of an external laboratory called Finn Pathologists, for the analysis of most of our tissue samples.
