Out of Hours

We offer a 24 hour emergency service, for all our clients, based at the Staines surgery. If your pet is involved in an accident or suddenly becomes ill outside our normal opening hours, please phone the Staines surgery on 01784 452048. A recorded message will inform you of the mobile number to ring which will put you in direct contact with the duty vet.

On Saturdays we run a short morning consultation session at each of the branch surgeries (see relevant pages) which do not require appointments. The Staines surgery has morning consultations by appointment from 9am until 11.30am. After this time there is a surgery for urgent cases only on Sunday morning between 10 and 11am at the Staines surgery

Please remember that if your pet is ill, it is preferable to get them seen during normal working hours when we have a large number of staff available to treat your pet, and access to additional laboratory services. Out of hours consultations will be more expensive than during normal opening times, and operations will be subject to an out of hours supplement.
