About the Surgery

The reception area and four dedicated consulting rooms (3 for veterinary consultations, 1 for nurse consultations) have all been recently re-fitted and modernised, with this entire area now having the benefit of air conditioning for client and patient comfort. A new computer system and phone system mean we are more fully able to utilise new technology.

The Staines surgery offers consultations by appointment from 9 am to 6.30pm on every weekday, with opening hours from 8 am to 7 pm. The reception team are happy to answer your enquiries and to order prescriptions and food for you during these hours. On Saturdays we consult from 9 am to 11.30 am, with opening hours from 8.30 am to 12 pm.

Surgical procedures are performed daily during the week by appointment, with patients usually being admitted from 8 am to 8.30 am.

We have a dedicated cat, dog and isolation wards, a small laboratory and extensive surgical facilities available, and our Out-of-Hours service is run from this surgery.

Our Staines branch provides veterinary care for the Staines town and assists our branch practices in providing care for the Addlestone and Feltham area. We also provide veterinary care for many of our neighbouring towns and villages including; Egham, Wraysbury, Virginia Water, Thorpe, Littleton, Shepperton, Heathrow,Charlton village, Halliford, Stanwell, Ashford, Englefield Green and Sunbury
